Freedom Well Testing’s policy is not to use 1099 contractor operators. We all know very competent contractors within the oil and gas industry. However, it has been Freedom Well Testing’s experience that we don’t receive the same cultural buy-in from contractors that we do with full-time employees.

Freedom Well Testing was started in 2019, by Eric Kuritz and Josh Watson. Eric & Josh have 20+ years experience in the oil and gas industry. They have managed upwards of 120 oil & gas professionals on projects that set records for oil production and management of sand returns. In 2020, they added Lane Williams to the team.
